Kimberly Lorenz is a trial attorney of 18+ years who now serves as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator for her colleagues from both sides of the aisle. Kimberly’s background includes 15 years as a former insurance defense attorney, and a general civil litigation practice in which she successfully tried Plaintiff’s personal injury, contested probate matters and complex commercial cases. Her versatility and experience allow her to be an effective mediator in a variety of cases, including personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, contract, trust, probate and guardianship matters. Because she has litigated and tried the same types of cases she currently mediates, Kimberly’s  knowledge of the law and her understanding of the factors affecting both sides help her effect resolution for even the most difficult of claims or clients.
