Terms and Conditions for All Pincus Passes – Individual and Firm, Government Agency, Legal Aid Organization Access

Coupons: 
Because our Pincus Pass is priced so reasonably, no coupons may be used to purchase this Pincus Pass, under any circumstances. If a coupon is used accidentally, we will reach out to get your credit card for the remaining payment.

Exclusions:
Pincus Passes do not apply to California Legal Specialist Exam Prep courses or any book sold on our website. They also do not apply to any in-person destination events, such as our 2027 Maui hands on litigation and appellate training program.  All of these items are excluded from all-access benefits. No exceptions.

Access to OnDemand Streaming:
Your Pincus Pass includes OnDemand Streaming for:

• Previously recorded programs
• Upcoming programs that will take place before your pass expires

If you order OnDemand access for a program that will occur after your pass expiration date, you will be charged for that program.
No access is granted to future programs occurring after your Pincus Pass expires.

Expiration Dates:
Pincus Pass expiration dates are fixed and will not be extended for any reason. All access expires the date of your Pincus Pass expiration. You must watch any program you have ordered prior to that date. You will not have any access to watch any program after that date, regardless of when you ordered it under this Pincus Pass.
Please be sure to order and watch all desired content before your pass expires.

Format Limitations:
The Pincus Pass applies to OnDemand Streaming only.  It does not include access to downloads, DVDs, or CDs or books.

Non-Transferable, No Refunds, No sharing:
This pass is only available to be used by the person who purchases it and is non-transferrable to anyone else.  Access may not be share with anyone else. If it is discovered that an attorney has shared their Pincus Pass Access with anyone else, that attorney’s Pincus Pass will be invalidated and no refund will be provided.

CLE Credit Notes:
CLE approvals vary by state and expire at different times.
To receive CLE credit, attorneys must complete the program before its CLE approval expires. Please check the CLE tab for each program to verify its current status.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted for an All-Access OnDemand Streaming Pincus Pass once purchased.

CLE Credit

Our programs are known for their exceptional quality and the depth of knowledge they deliver.

CLE credit is available for many of our OnDemand seminars—but not all programs are approved in every state. CLE regulations and approval periods vary widely across jurisdictions, so it’s important to check the CLE status listed for each seminar before ordering if credit is a priority for you.

That said, most attorneys turn to our programs not just for CLE, but for the opportunity to learn directly from seasoned judges, justices, and highly experienced practitioners. After surveying our customers for more than 20 years, we know the driving force behind their purchases is the caliber of our content and faculty.

Because of this, we continue to offer select programs even after their CLE credit has expired. These courses still provide valuable insights and practical guidance. Of course, we do retire older programs when they are no longer current or relevant due to legal changes.
