13th Annual Circuit Court Boot Camp: The Nuts and Bolts (FL) (OnDemand Streaming and Recorded Packages)

Audio program! (check our CLE Programs page for live versions)

We have put on our premier Circuit Court Boot Camp in Florida for over a decade for a reason – it’s that good. This program provides an inside look at, and advice about, litigating in Florida Circuit Court. It also delves into general litigation skills and strategies.

With multiple judges teaching each year, attendees receive terrific insight into what judges want and expect – and what mistakes to avoid – when litigating in Circuit Court.  And you’ll hear from seasoned attorneys on both sides of the aisle – so you get a well rounded view of your tasks, with advice from multiple perspectives.

Year after year attendees rave about the program.

We cover everything from complaint strategies to depos and discovery, to case management conferences, motions, trial prep, Juries and trial techniques.

If you are new, or somewhat new, to litigation –  this seminar is for you.

Recently graduated law school? – can’t miss it. You don’t get these skills, this practical advice, and this insight from sitting judges in law school. Need a refresher – this is for you.

There is no better Circuit Court and litigation primer program in Florida. Our testimonials can speak to that claim.

This program will be recorded live on May 21 & 23, 2024 and is available via On-Demand or Recorded Package Download.  One person per order may view the recording.  Discounted rates are available for 2-4 attorneys at your firm.  Licenses are available for  law firms or agencies that would like to distribute the video package or OnDemand Streaming access to more than four attorneys at their firm or agency.

“This was one of the best general civil procedure CLE’s I’ve attended. It actually also addressed practice tips rather than simply “Here’s the rule.” A “here’s the rule” approach does nothing. I can read the rule. What I need is someone to give me applications in real-life scenarios, answer questions, and hypotheticals, and show me the analysis. The questions of why a course of action might be better. Just because you can do something, should you? As to the platform itself – I appreciated being able to ask questions anonymously.”
