Our Latest Featured Speaker is Robert (Beau) E. Blumberg!
Our latest Featured Speaker is Robert (Beau) E. Blumberg of Deutsch Blumberg & Caballero P.A.!
Beau is speaking at our Mastering the Deposition 101: The Nuts and Bolts (FL), on November 10 and 12, 2026!
Geared for the newer Florida litigator, this comprehensive two-part program teaches you how to take, defend, and use depositions effectively. Your faculty will also provide depo demonstrations for most of the critical sessions to illustrate their points.
Beau is part of the program’s first two sessions on November 10. He comments during “The Deposition Process: Procedures, Timing & Logistics” with Angela F. Benjamin, then teaches “Developing a Deposition Strategy,” with Angela commenting. Beau’s session covers trial depositions vs. discovery depositions, defining your goals before the deposition, keeping your deposition focused on your goals, whether the depo is really necessary, including determining whether it’s worth the time and money, who should attend and why, preparing specific questions and outlines vs. focusing on themes, preparing for “unexpected” answers or other difficulties, and using deposition testimony effectively at hearings and trial.
If your attorneys can’t attend live, the full program is available via OnDemand Streaming or Recorded Package Downloads. Group licenses are available for firms and agencies.
