David is speaking at our Mastering the Deposition 101: The Nuts and Bolts (FL), on November 10 and 12, 2026!
Geared for the newer Florida litigator, this comprehensive two-part program teaches you how to take, defend, and use depositions effectively. Your faculty will also provide depo demonstrations for most of the critical sessions to illustrate their points.
On November 12, David is teaching “Deposition Objections,” with Peter J. Klock, II commenting. The session covers when and how to object, why to object and when you shouldn’t, practical objection strategies, common objection mistakes to avoid, the biggest risks of objecting or staying silent, what to do when opposing counsel objects to everything, whether to call the judge, how to avoid calling the judge, and specific objections and real-world examples, along with a demonstration and discussion focusing on common or difficult objections. David then comments during the program’s final session, “Handling the Difficult Witness and/or Opposing Counsel,” taught by Peter.
If your attorneys can’t attend live, the full program is available via OnDemand Streaming or Recorded Package Downloads. Group licenses are available for firms and agencies.
