The Anatomy of a Trucking Personnel File for Beginners (WEB)
Audio program! (check our CLE Programs page for live versions)
Trucking defense cases are very unique. One of the key factors in defending a trucking case involves how you handle issues related to your client’s driver.
Knowing that driver’s personnel file inside and out will help you defend them during deposition.
This program will point out the things you should be looking out for and that you need to focus on when defending a trucking case. This is especially critical when there are issues of negligent entrustment, hiring, retention or supervision.
This program was recorded in 2016.
